This policy covers the website astranoor.com and the internal software tools operated by Astranoor ("we", "us"), a sole-proprietor art studio based in Singapore.

1. THIS WEBSITE

astranoor.com is a static informational site. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising technology. We do not collect, store, or process any personal information from visitors to this site. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security purposes, governed by their own policies.

2. EMAIL

If you email us at hello@astranoor.com, we use your message and address only to reply to you. We do not add you to mailing lists, share your address with anyone, or send marketing email.

3. OUR PUBLISHING TOOLS (INCLUDING THE PINTEREST API)

Astranoor operates internal, self-built software tools used solely by the studio owner to publish our own original artwork to our own business accounts — including our Pinterest business account via the official Pinterest API. Regarding these tools:

• They are used exclusively by us, on our own accounts. There are no third-party users, and the tools are not offered to the public.
• They do not access, collect, or store any data about any person other than the studio owner's own account credentials (OAuth tokens), which are stored privately and locally.
• They publish content (images, titles, descriptions, links) created by us; they do not read, scrape, or process other users' content or personal data.
• No data handled by these tools is ever sold, shared, or transferred to any third party.

4. ETSY PURCHASES

Purchases of our products happen on Etsy.com, which is governed by Etsy's privacy policy. We receive only the information Etsy provides to sellers to fulfil an order (e.g. your name and personalization text), use it solely to deliver your order, and never share or sell it.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you (usually: none) or to request deletion of any correspondence: hello@astranoor.com. We respond within 7 days.

Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
